This model home was designed for the Veramendi community in New Braunfels, Texas. I wanted the exterior to reflect the city’s German roots, so I went with stone to give it that timeless, local feel. Inside, I focused on making the space warm, welcoming, and something that would appeal to a wide range of buyers. The end result is a home that feels both stylish and comfortable, with a vibe that’s perfect for the Veramendi community.
